Package was packed vey professionally and no items got damaged during seller to home delivery transit.
Product is good, stardy, working well.
Only cons I see is, when we try to sit on this excercise bike, it get moved from background place as it's base weight is not that much heavier however I liked this product.

Review Just after Assembly and first ride.
1. The product was easy to assemble. I would request Company to provide to more washer as it would be required.
2. It ride was bit heavy at first but it would become smooth after 1-2 Km ride.
3. The body is not so sturdy as it may apprar in photo. The body's plastic material is made up of soft plastic. I have pyrchased similar magnetic bike 3 years back at around same price but i could even stand on the plastic part and it would not bend. Here plastic parts would easily bend and may crack if you stand on it.
4. Since it is least price magnetic resistance cycle which i could find on e commerce websites hence i would not complain.
5. The speedometer is quite loose but shows somewhat correct value.
If you are willing to spend Rs 15 K then buy choose another cycle but if you want to spend less than Rs. 10 K then you can go for it.

Note:- You can also call customer care if you want them to assemble. They would take few days to come. I didn't want to wait hence i assembled it myself.
I am have cut 1 star because of plastic used in manufacturing.

Too good product, we whole family love to do cycling everyday.
Notice less, smooth with different levels of tightness…. Digital odometer is too good.
As I received the product small damage happened for left part…. I didn't returned and raised the issue.
But when the customer care called me to enquir about the product… I told about the damage. People are so kind hearted that, freely they send the spare for damaged one. Service is so good and unbelievable.
Easy to installation, too good to use… Worth buying and value for money.
I recommend to people who want to loose weight…. Buy this product.

It was broken when delivered and very much disappointed😞

Excellent bike. The first one I got was faulty and damaged on one side and the resistance was very low and barely changed between 1 and 8 so asked for a replacement. The next one was much better and the resistance was almost double of the first.
Did not get batteries for the second bike which was irritating but not an issue. The display works but it's really not accurate so don't bother with it.
The bike itself is completely silent and easy to move around.
The product itself is fantastic as long as you get a good piece. Construction and materials are also high quality.
Till date no one has come to assemble but it's quite easy to do it yourself so no one has to. You can call the number and get it arranged which my wife did although I had assembled it so as to not void any warranty. We were advised that assembling it ourselves will not affect the warranty.
It barely takes 15 minutes to put together.

So this is my edited review after 3 months of active use. I decided to change my previous '1' star to '3' stars for the following reasons –
# the delay in getting my bike serviced was apparently because the technician was not well. It still took a while to get a service personal to come and change the damaged part hence I deducted '1' star.
# the second deduction is for the overall product as it isn't very sturdy and the fact that my bike got a broken wire within its flywheel in just 1 month of usage.
Coming to what I like about the exercise bike –
#it does a decent job at ensuring you burn a lot of calories and sweat out a lot.
#it does not occupy much space and hence can even be accomadated in a medium sized room. (I have mine in the bedroom)
#to be fair i have used it a lot in the last three months and I have not found it to be uncomfortable to sit on for an extended duration.
#the resistance levels aren't many (8) but they suffice, Infact i have mostly been using it on resistance 4 – 5. Increase the intensity at this level has helped me with building endurance and helped tone my body.
Had It not been for the premature breakdown of the wire and delayed service call, this would have been a fantastic overall experience for me. None the less, I have seen amazing gains already though it and it has proved to be a good buy.

The product was delivered to my doorstep. Weighs about 10kg , so a very light machine, easy to carry around and move if need so. There were easy instructions to follow to assemble the cycle. Tools and battery were provided. The product is made of high quality materials and I would also say very sturdy. I have had this product for more than 5 months now and haven’t came up with any issue at all. The customer service is great. Overall it’s a great machine to buy and for an affordable price.
