Writing this review after one month of usage and happy with the product so far. There are no complaints on the quality. I visited couple of physical fitness stores prior to the purchase and this is on par with the quality but with a much lower price.
Installation Experience:
The installation guy took only 20mins to set it up and gave a demo on the features and clarified all questions. If you have another person to help with, you could do the installation yourself.
Customer Support:
This was one of the biggest concern before the purchase as there are no physical stores. But no complaints so far. I have been able to reach them easily and based on the interaction with the installation guy, they have a wide network of technicians and any complaints the technicians would come within 24hrs.
