This pull up bar is strong and useful for home workout. It fits doorways from 62 to 100 cm and feels stable because of screws. The anti skid grip is comfortable and safe. Installation is easy and no tools needed. The red and black look is sporty. It holds up to 100 kg and is good for daily strength training and durable. It is very cheap as compare to strength and quality. Just go for it.

    I'm around 85kg and it holds my weight easily… no slipping, no wobbling. The grip is also nice and comfortable. Took me a bit of time to understand the locking mechanism, but once I figured it out, it's actually very simple.

    Great item but packaging was really bad, only item packaging, no packaging from Amazon, due to it the box was damaged and had holes but product was fine so kept it. Item is easy to install once you understand how to, quite sturdy as well , I’m 50 kg and able to do pull-ups easily,
    Screws also came for permanent attachment, great product overall

    I have tried it once, and being 116kg, I didn't feel any issue while hanging on it. (it could easily bear the weight).
    Easy to adjust the length (just rotate in direction you want to and the increase/decrease accordingly). The silicons on the both sides are very good quality as they hold the rod properly at the fixed position and prevent any slip.
